Welcome to FoxyMox. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FoxyMox website, mobile applications, social media pages, and your purchase of products from us.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

By using our website or purchasing from FoxyMox, you represent that:

Garment measurements may vary by approximately ±1 inch due to manufacturing and measurement processes.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is not considered finally accepted until it has been confirmed by FoxyMox.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

Product unavailability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Duplicate or unusually large orders
Incorrect customer or shipping information
Violation of these Terms
Technical or system errors

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through authorized payment gateways and payment methods displayed during checkout.

By placing an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment for the total order amount, including applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other charges displayed at checkout.

FoxyMox does not store complete debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI credentials on its own servers.

6. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery (“COD”) is available:

COD availability may vary depending on the delivery location, order value, product, or other applicable criteria.
FoxyMox may contact customers to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
Orders that cannot be successfully confirmed may be cancelled before dispatch.
Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD deliveries may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by factors including:

Logistics or transportation delays
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Operational disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

FoxyMox will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional delivery attempts resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Risk of loss or damage to the product shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery, subject to applicable law.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our applicable Return & Refund Policy.

Subject to the conditions and timelines specified in that policy, products may be eligible for return or exchange in circumstances including:

The product was received damaged or defective.
An incorrect product was delivered.
An eligible size exchange is requested within the specified return window.

Products may not be eligible for return or exchange where they:

Have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise used after delivery.
Are missing original tags, labels, packaging, or other required accessories.
Have been customized or personalized, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Fall under an exclusion specifically stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider and banking timelines.

9. Size Tolerance

Due to manufacturing, cutting, stitching, and measurement processes, garment dimensions may vary slightly from the measurements displayed on our website.

A measurement variation of approximately ±1 inch may occur and, by itself, will not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.

Customers are encouraged to review the applicable size chart before placing an order.

10. Product Care & Replacement Claims

Customers are responsible for following the wash-care and product-care instructions provided with the product or displayed on our website.

Replacement or defect claims may not be accepted where damage appears to have resulted from improper care, including but not limited to:

Washing contrary to the recommended instructions
Use of bleach or harsh chemicals
Excessive heat
High-temperature tumble drying
Ironing directly over prints, embroidery, or other embellishments
Improper storage or handling
Normal wear and tear

This clause does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable law.

11. Limited Edition Collections

Certain FoxyMox products or collections may be released as Limited Edition products.

Limited Edition products may be produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.

The availability or future restocking of any Limited Edition product is not guaranteed unless expressly announced by FoxyMox.

12. Authenticity & Unauthorized Sellers

FoxyMox products should be purchased directly through official FoxyMox sales channels or authorized sellers.

Products purchased from unauthorized third parties may not be eligible for FoxyMox return, exchange, replacement, or authenticity support.

FoxyMox does not guarantee the authenticity, condition, or quality of products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

13. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property appearing on the FoxyMox website and other official platforms, including:

Logos and trademarks
Brand names
Artwork
Graphics
Product designs
Text and written content
Photographs and images
Videos
Product packaging
Marketing materials
Other branding elements

is owned by or licensed to FoxyMox and/or ROQSHOP Apparels LLP and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, transmit, or commercially use any FoxyMox content without our prior written permission.

14. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.

By submitting User Content to FoxyMox or publicly tagging FoxyMox in connection with such content, you grant FoxyMox a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, and distribute that content for legitimate marketing, promotional, advertising, and brand-related purposes.

Where reasonably practicable, FoxyMox may identify or credit the relevant social media account when using publicly available User Content.

You should not submit content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

17. Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information provided on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that:

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to a particular order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that order.

Pandemics or public-health emergencies
Strikes or labor disruptions
Transportation or logistics disruptions

We will make reasonable efforts to resume affected services as soon as reasonably practicable.

21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and other mandatory legal rights, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or purchases from FoxyMox shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of ROQSHOP Apparels LLP.
